Main differences between old meal plan and new meal plan?

I purchased the original omnivore meal plan but never ended up following it because I found it overwhelming. The grocery list was there but I didn't understand quantity to purchase without looking at every recipe for each meal each day and seeing how often certain items came up. That because really daunting to sort out in my head for each grocery item. I also am someone who prefers to make the same breakfast/lunch/dinner for 3 days in a row rather than a different meal set for each day of the week. I love to meal prep and know that the next two dinners are just ready in the fridge with no effort required. Does the new plan help with quantities to purchase, and do they repeat meals like in a prep format?
