Hi everyone, I’m currently just starting my weight loss journey and I’m sort of new to fitnessblender. I’m just trying to lose about 10-15 more pounds but I’m not really sure how to start off. I’ve been reading over places and trying things out but it’s not really leading me anywhere so I wanted to give fitness blender a try seeing the amazing results I’ve seen. I’m only 18, And I’m trying to get down to my ideal weight. But I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on where I should start?
