My Saturday treats: Vietnamese and Japaneese food

I had a spring roll with shrimps, rice noodles and vegetables for the first time yesterday - it tasted amazing! So fresh and so light!

And sushi rolls, of course :) This time with mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions and cream cheese.

At home, I made a wheat tortilla with hummus and tofu for supper.

What is your attitute to Vietnamese (spring rolls, Pho, etc) and Japanese (sushi) food? Do you eat it often? Do you order it? What dishes do you like the most?
