I combine days of workout

Hello everyone,

I have a quick question, I noticed that I like to work out for a full hour or an hour and 15 minutes 3 times a week rather than cutting them in half for every day work out. So, for the 8-week fat loss program, I combine two days together and I take a day off. I am wondering if anyone else does the same, or if it the program loses its benefit when it is not done on daily basis?
