Third and final day of conference, then ran to catch flight to return to Strasbourg. I definitely wasn't in mood to tackle a 1000 cal workout today. But didn't want to mess up the schedule.
What I did today is called "low impact 1000 cal workout" lol! Most of the HIIT portion I did in modification since I was tired of traveling and had no energy. Burnt just little over 600 calories, lowest among all of my 1000cal attempts. However, happy to be able to push through. Done with 3rd week of #fbfit r2! #workoutcomplete
