Wonderful Workout Before the Feast!

I LOVE this workout. Just a great blend of Strength, HIIT, and pilates. It's hard, and really kicks my ass, but I get better every time I try it!

Also, a great workout before I eat some delicious food. Rare treats today, because today is Thanksgiving! Family, Food and Fun! Ah, I love this time of year!
