A cold and a better diet

If I never saw nutrition as such an important part of being healthy, I sure do now.

My mom and I have both been sick with a cold, her before I was, and I'm feeling much better after only 3-4 days of it while she's still feeling pretty bad. When I got home from camping with it, I started eating clean and drinking more herbal tea and water and stopped taking the OTC medicine I had, and I feel so much better for it. It's like the junk food was feeding into the cold.

Other than that, I just really feel better. My stomach is happy and I feel less tired and y'all keep me super motivated. And honestly, real food tastes so much better and is much more filling than junk food and fast food.
