That wasn’t easy... Actually, I had to modify all the Thigh Slaps, Kickthroughs and Star Jumps. First time I did this kickboxing video - and probably last. No idea why, but I didn’t like it that much, probably because of awkward and long cardio intervals (that should have been HIIT with 20/10 structure). Not the best kickboxing I’ve done.
Anyway, I managed to do it. I am glad! 🙂
