- Anyone using a band that can actually pick up when u start exercising on it's own? And calculate calories burnt based on HRM?
- Do you find it helps at all with motivation or anything? Cause i tend to want to waste money when i get obsessed with something (like exercise)..
I own a mi band 2. I love the alarm (functionality without needing my phone around, and gentle waking with vibration), also the call notifications when my phone is in my bag.
But in terms of workout tracking i find it unusable.
