You know when you hit a phase where you seem to have the same meal over and over again for a while? Well...I am officially in the pancake phase! I've been having these delicious butternut squash pancakes most mornings! I like it topped with almond butter, yogurt (I've been going full fat for a month now!) And fruit, sometimes with some homemade jam as well-and of course that coffee and milk 😊😊
