Hello FB friends and a happy Thursday to you! I didn’t see a thread started, so thought I’d pop one in, with a bit of silliness.

Hope everyone is doing ok and if not, sending you good thoughts and hopes that things get better!

Typical Thursday here, walk to PT and back, then bumble around the house and yard. It’s raining, so will enjoy more walking in the rain, my favourite! Might even bake something tasty, we’ll see…

Exercise will be walking and PT, dinner will likely be gf grilled cheeses and beet and blue cheese salad.
