Hello, lovelies, and Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone is doing well. The sun just came out for the first time in nearly week just as I opened the laptop to post this, so I think a walk is in order for me. We've had non stop rain since Friday.
My wisdom tooth woes have mostly abated. The swelling is almost completely down and I can eat almost normally again. I'm finishing up the antibiotics this evening and I'll have the stitches removed on Thursday. It all passed just in time for my period to start. Yay! (that is a sarcastic yay)
In other news, on Sunday we went to a play that was about a couple breaking up. Very cheerful activity for a cold rainy evening when my jaw was still a bit swollen, I know.
After, there was a panel where a therapist shared their view about what the issues were between that couple and how they would handle a couple like this coming to them for help, Then, people could ask questions about problems they saw with the couple depicted in the play and how to handle them healthily as a couple. It was very interesting but Adrian and I, cynics that we are, were sitting in the back going "These two were doomed from the start because there was nothing between them besides sex" and also "oh my God, I could never be this stupid". It did lead to some interesting discussions between us once we got home but mostly we're glad we don't know anyone as insufferable as the protagonists in the play.
