Happy Sunday Ppals,

It was quite rainy and windy Saturday,. did go to the Farmer's market with a friend and then we had coffee at one of our usual coffee spots, but we drove from the market to the coffee shop instead of walking,

I have a busy day Sunday. I helping with faith formation. It is our weekend to do a service project and this month's is working in the garden. It is supposed to be nice out tomorrow so I am looking forward to being outside in the garden for an hour or so.

Later in the day I serving dinner at the homeless shelter. I am the only coordinator in town this time so I am in charge so to speak. It really means that I will make sure we have all the spots covered in the serving line.

In between my two activities I have a few hours to relax and hang out with Cinnamon and Nellie.

I still haven't gotten back in the swing of doing my workouts. I have taken a few short walks in the evening just as it is getting dark. I will get back on track this coming week.

I don't have any Halloween decorations up. I will put out my terra cotta pumpkin, I am enjoying decorations in my neighborhood.
