The wind is blowing and the carport is creaking. I expect some tree branches will be down in the morning. The wind is gusting to 96 km/h. If the autumns turn as windy as dusty as the spring, I’m out of here someday.
I met with my dissertation chair on Thursday and we have a plan to move forward towards graduation this spring. Chapter 4 will be narrative inquiry about my last year of taking Apache Language lessons. I’m already about 75% done with that chapter. Chapter 5 will be a surprise. I’ll share later once I get it going. Politically, after the impeachment of their tribal president, the tribe is closing more to non-tribal members. For instance, there’s a new Apache dictionary coming out, but they’re only giving it to tribal members. I have the old dictionary.
Hubby is stressing over a diagnosis and delayed surgery. We are hoping for a good surgeon.
In exercise news: I did a Kayla walking workout with ankle weights and a K UB.
Books: I’m looking.
Food: anticipating a sourdough treat

Work; a lot over the weekend. I can think of three things. I don’t know where this will leave housework. 🤷♀️
