Hello, lovelies, and Happy Tuesday! How is everyone? The city has been overtaken by pilgrims for the past week so I'm basically sheltering in place since it's basically impossible to go anywhere without having to navigate huge crowds and road restrictions (including for pedestrians). The weather has also taken a turn for the worse so it's finally time to get cozy. It was 26 degrees on Sunday so we did make sure to enjoy the last day of t-shirt weather of the year.
I spent yesterday reading Snake Eater by T Kingfisher. Very light and enjoyable read, with just a touch of horror to keep things interesting. The descriptions of the desert were very vivid and there was a cute dog. What more could I ask for?
Just a heads up that I have a wisdom tooth extraction scheduled for Thursday afternoon. In case the HKS thread hasn't been started by morning in US/Canada can someone please take over? Doubt I'll be up for it after.
