Morning peeps,

Slowly but surely we're creeping towards the end of September. Wednesday again already, time sure is flying. And not only time but my morning flew by too, I've already been pretty busy actually. Done my chores, did laundry which is drying outside, went for a walk with the doggies... all that after my workout of course.

BTW, how's that looking for you? The workouts I mean. Day 3 of S&S1, my favorite: core day! What was a bit less favorite was the cardio but it wasn't too bad.

Dinner is part mystery here, there will be leftover mash but the rest is undecided yet. What's on the menu over at yours?

One last thing, how about another "pick your ...?" For me it would be 1 or 3. I hope to finally see some snow this year, but I just as well wouldn't mind sitting outside with a cup of coffee to read while the leaves are falling. Depending on the weather maybe with a blankie.
