Hello, folks, and Happy Tuesday. Starting the thread late today because I got sidetracked by a friend wanting to meet up. Hope everyone is doing well. I’m still recovering from my parents’ visit. Luckily it coincided with a lot of events in town so there was plenty to do and see and nobody got bored. The cleaning operation was successful. Mom’s feedback was “you should was the curtains but otherwise it’s clean”. High praise for her.

I was also happy that my parents were a lot more active than Adrian’s dad. We got in 20k steps both Sat and Sun which would never fly with my father in law. It’s car or bust with him. Spent yesterday recovering from all the walking and today I resumed Flex 2 with a Kelli workout.
