It’s Friday! Are you glad? I’m glad! I try to enjoy every day of the week, but this week was kind of a doozy, and I’d like to take a break from this regularly scheduled program!
Speaking of schedules, let’s look at our ghosting schedule:
September 19th & 20th: Lea
September 26th & 27th: Cynthia
October 3rd & 4th: Inge (Sat), Cabob (Sun)
October 10th & 11th:
October 17th & 18th: Cynthia
October 24th & 25th:
Wanna ghost? Just let Inge or me know and we’ll plug you in.
So what about workouts today? I’d like to go for a walk if it isn’t raining. We’ve had a TON of rain, and it’s been wonderful, but I don’t like being out in the rain. For those of you exercising indoors today, what’ll it be?
Food is simple here- sandwiches. My son who works at Subway brought home oh, I don’t know, 50 or so sub rolls! 😳 They had all been made fresh, but didn’t sell by the end of the day, and were going to get thrown out. I froze a bunch, and gave some to my neighbor. We’re going to be eating sandwiches for the rest of our lives. What are you having for dinner? Need sub rolls?
Our very own sea-dipping, mud-loving, pickle-balling, log-lugging, wonderful Lea will be our ghost this weekend. Thank you, Lea!
I hope you have a great day, and thanks for hanging out in this space! All are welcome!
