questions for Kayla and Nicole (and, well, everyone ☺)

Hi everyone,

sooo ... I may have mentioned this before (once ... or twice ...) I usually do morning workouts with my son (15) who has a genetic condition which affects his skeleton. He's supposed to swim a lot but hates public swimming pools so ... Fitnessblender to the rescue.

One part of the picture is a severe scoliosis in the upper part of the spine / neck area which pushes towards his shoulder blade(s) (one more than the other). That causes chafing / aching in the evening. (Truely, the boy has a corkscrew where other people have a neck. )(Thankfully, the axis is straight.)

We went for his annual check-up at a special scoliosis clinic today.

The doctor said to keep up with his physiotherapy and strength training. Which, of course, we will do. (We're in Germany so health insurance is not an issue.)

Would you kindly recommend your favourite excercises / workouts / programmes for scoliosis management? →→→ I KNOW you can't give medical advice and I appreciate the programmes* that already exist.

But perhaps you have personal favourites you'd like to share?

*Nicole, I LOVE your metabolic express workouts! Thank you so much - they're perfect for 6:15 am! ☺ and your functional strength workouts are a treasure, Kayla!
