Something Familiar. Something New. Meet The Bridge Trainer Series Coming this Fall.

Hey Team!

Did you see Tasha's announcement from Monday? If not, then watch above. I'm here today to share a little bit more.

Over the years, each of us has created programs that reflect how we like to coach and train. Many of you have completed those programs, returned to them, and shared what you enjoyed most about them.

That inspired our October, November and December lineup: The Bridge Trainer Series.

We’re taking familiar elements from some of those past programs and bringing two trainers together around one shared goal. You’ll recognize parts of the training styles you already know while also experiencing how another trainer approaches the same goal differently.

Two trainers. Two training styles. One goal.

The series includes three separate 10-day challenges released throughout the fall. Each challenge can stand on its own, so you can choose the one that best matches your goals. You can also complete all three in order and experience how the focus changes from one trainer pairing to the next.

CHALLENGE YOUR LIMITS
Tasha and I will start things off on Oct. 4 with Muscle & Power, inspired by Strength and Cardio with Brian and Powerful with Tasha. We’ll combine strength, explosiveness, and cardio as we challenge our current capabilities and work toward moving with more power.

BOOST YOUR TRAINING
On Nov. 1, Patrice and Erica will team up for Strong Many Ways, inspired by Strong & Sculpted with Patrice and Feel Stronger with Erica. Their different but complementary approaches will show that there’s more than one effective way to build strength and muscle.

KEEP IT MOVING
Nicole and Kayla will close out the series on Dec. 6 with Functional Reload, inspired by Functionally Fit with Nicole and Mobility Moments with Kayla. Their challenge will focus on foundational strength, mobility, and movement awareness to help you stay consistent and connected to your training during a busy holiday season.

The support won’t stop at Day 10. After each challenge, we’ll share additional workouts and programs that connect directly to the same training goal. That way, you’ll have a next step and can keep building on the work you just completed.

Which challenge are you most excited about, and what are you hoping to work on for the end of the year?
