Hello, lovelies, and Happy Tuesday! I forgot to post this meme when the eclipse happened so enjoy it now. Hope everyone is doing well. I spent the morning processing a bounty of tomatoes that i was gifted. I’m freezing the sauce cause I don’t trust myself to can things without giving myself botulism. I was also gifted quite a few apples that turned out to be very mealy so tomorrow I’ll make them into apple sauce cause I hate that texture and can’t eat them. Anyone else have this problem?
