A brand new day, headache gone so I'm a happy momma. And what's even more nice is that the sun is out. My laundry is happily swaying in the breeze!
But you're not here for me babbling about my laundry so let's get to business. Workouts, how are those looking for you? Day 23 for me, UB with Erica that left me pretty noodly in the arms and shoulders. I got another NSV though: 20lbs on alt bic curls. I also added that short Patrice that's becoming a serious favorite of mine, I'm up to 6 times now. It leaves you totally pooped.
Dinner... Uhm, not really sure, we might take something from the freezer or have something out. We had fun at the local fair last Sunday and since we saved up our points from the arcade, we might go back to play some more and get a nice big plushie for the little one. We'll see..
Anyhoo, I guess that's about it for me but before I go here's a picture of this morning's sunrise. It's taken right in front of the house. The one in the comments is during my walk with Dsjoesie.
