Apparently there's gonna be an eclips today, will any of you be watching? Did you get one of those eclips glasses? I'm not, I'll probably notice since it's supposed to go pretty dark but I'm not that interested in it actually. But that's just me, maybe you're a big fan so go for it!
What I am a big fan of though is working out and today was day 10 of FB30 in 30 with some weighted core and mobility work with Kayla. I did the core part, then added a short Erica and switch back to finish with the mobility.
How will you be moving those bodies? And while you're at it, tell me what'll appear on the table today? No idea yet here, might be something cold again since the temps are still steadily climbing here, 33C/91F.
As promised a small collage of pics from our ride yesterday. Today I'm showing you some of the military spots we passed. You'll find cemetries, monuments, bunkers in the weirdest spots here. We were riding between cornfields and then bam, you can spot one right in the middle of it. I think we passed about 15 cemetries, and they all look like: beautiful maintained white headstones, cut grass and gorgeous flowers. Walking there gives me goosebumps and every time I pass one, in my head I tend say "Thanks for your service boys". There were also 7 speaker boxes along the way (sorry no idea how you call them in English), were you could listen to what happened at that spot (bottom middle). And we passed windmills that were destroyed during the first gas attacks but were rebuild after the war.
Okay, enough history and rambling. I'm gonna have some breakfast and get ready for a video call with Yuna.
