I have a problem because I want to pay for one year subscription and I have 79.99 in my wallet but as a requirement I have to put a payment method for future renewal which is ok but when I proceed to check out the money in my card is used and not the money in my wallet. I have checked and the box for using my wallet is marked. I have payed in the past this way and this was not a problem, the money in my wallet is used, can you help me?
