Workout: today I’ve got a mountainbike ride planned for me and hubs, after my lovely lazy day yesterday. The weather is perfect for it. How about your day today? Outdoor, indoor, both? Active, inactive, both? FB, non FB, both? Right, have I got you all covered by this? Oh and last night we walked to the beach to check the sun. There is a total eclipse of the sun coming up and from our beach we can see it (well, it will be 93%, that’s well nigh total, methinks). It was lovely to just sit on the beach with our feet in the sand. Pic in replies.
Food: yesterday I ended up making wraps with a nice chicken filling. Today is hubs’ turn to cook, so no idea what will grace my plate today. We might eat out somewhere along our cycle ride. Hubs and me have been getting a bit lazy about cooking over the past month. Do you recognise that, now that it’s summer? Is yours a lazy meal today?
