This one is a good reminder that you can get a really solid strength workout in without spending an hour training. In about 30 minutes, we’ll work through rows, unilateral exercises, and accessory work to challenge the upper body from a few different angles.
This is also a great day to really pay attention to how you’re moving. Are you able to slow the lowering phase down a little more? Can you keep your torso steadier during unilateral work? Can you choose a weight that makes those last few reps feel spicy without losing your form? Getting stronger isn’t only about grabbing heavier dumbbells every time (but I will always encourage you to challenge yourself!). Better control, stronger positioning, and more confidence with the movement all count too.
Let’s get after Day 3! Drop a comment when you’re done and tell us which move gave your back and biceps the biggest challenge. 🔥
