Our theme for this challenge is Challenge Your Limits. I’m not asking you to empty the tank today. I’m asking you to pay attention to the moments when you may be holding back simply because a certain weight, pace, or variation feels familiar.
We can all get comfortable in our routines. We grab the weights we know we can handle, avoid movements that haven’t clicked yet, and sometimes decide what we’re capable of before the workout even begins.
Day 1 is a chance to check in with that. Pick up the next weight when you feel ready. Spend some time trying the original variation before moving on to the modification, rather than writing off the exercise. Give yourself a real chance before deciding you can’t do something.
The goal isn’t to force it, Team. It’s to stop counting yourself out too early.
At the same time, there’s no need to prove everything in the first workout. Today gives us a starting point. Pay attention to how you feel, where you feel strong, and where you may have some room to grow. We’ll have time to build on that as the challenge continues.
Welcome to Week 1 of Muscle & Power with Tasha and Brian!
Hey Team!
It’s Day 1 of Muscle & Power with Tasha and me!

For now, we take care of Day 1.
Here's what to expect on week 1:
Show up as you are, stay open to what you’re capable of, and give today the effort you have. That’s enough to get us started, Team.
So, team, how are you feeling as we head into Day 1?
