HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group August 2nd
Hello FB friends and happy Sunday!
I am astounded to find that we are into August already, where did July go? Must make a conscious effort to recognize and enjoy each and every day of August,
We’ve also had a boatload of kale so have been eating this recipe a lot (I switch out half the mayo for Greek yogurt and instead of anchovies, add an extra tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce): https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/a62298436/harvest-caesar-salad-recipe/
When you cook or bake, do you tend to stick to the recipe or do you often swap ingredients? I tend to swap out a lot of things, which mostly works well but sometimes leads to some spectacular flops!
It’s the middle of the night here and I’m up with a super achy body, likely because we’re expecting another massive rain today, with more thunderstorms. As such, I put my garden protections in place yesterday evening and will do my kooky yoga online. I’ll read my new book, The Hunter. We will also do a virtual visit with friends in the evening. Hopefully, there will also be some napping! Dinner will be gf pizza and some of the kale Caesar salad from the recipe above.
Whatever you get up to today, I hope life is beautiful along the way.
Please feel free to join the discussion, all are very much welcome. Were a friendly bunch!

What’s going down in your neck of the woods? Have you found any new absolute favourite workouts or recipes? If so, please share a link. Yesterday, I did this UB strength push workout with Patrice which I really enjoyed, with moderate weights: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/day-3-upper-body-strength-pull-and-cardio-strengthen-back-biceps-and-shoulders
