I almost forgot I was doing the checkin! I woke up at 0430a to pee and remembered! So here we go!
Happy first day of August! Yesterday was a triple digit temp day (103°) with a heat index of 110°! Today is supposed to be MUCH cooler with a high of 90°! You know it’s hot when 90° feels cooler!
Jumping right in with what’s everybody doing? A wo? A travel day? Volunteering? Resting/recovery/stretching? I’m doing the LAST day of SS. About time right? A level 5 TB with Tasha. That’s all I know! I haven’t looked at it, and won’t, I’ll just jump in! AFTER coffee and general fiddle fartin around, of course!
My hubs sent me Babylon Bee article entitled “Mom takes children to first day of school …3 weeks early!” (For those that don’t know, BB is a satirical site!) So funny! But that’s exactly how I felt yesterday! 2 oldest had horrible screaming fighting meltdowns! 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon! (But got along in between!) My daughter is separating them Monday. They’ve had WAY too much togetherness! Gk 1 is with other grandma, gk 2&3 are with me. But Tues!! I’ve got ALL 3 again. Pray for our survival !! At least we have a “break” in the day with a trip to the dentist at 11a, where my Son-in-law will meet me.
Ok Karen enough rambling! Almost makes a person hungry! Speaking of….yes!!! Food! No idea here!
