Nearly 08:00 here and the sun is already out getting ready to melt us with themps up to 33C/91F, and that's the lowest in the country! Inland it can go up to 35C/95F.
Anyhoo, my calendar shows I've got a recovery and stretch scheduled for today but I'm not in the mood for that so I'll keep it for Saturday. In fact, I'm not doing anything FB today, we're going to the coast for a nice long walk and enjoy the breeze there.
I'm sure that'll make us hungry so we'll have a nice "late lunch/early dinner" there. We found a great chippy last time that's worth a repeat visit.
Guess that about sums up my day. Tell me all about yours, what are your workout plans, what's on the menu and what are you up to?
Oh and remember that BBQ we had? Well I didn't invite you just because, nope I had a little surprise. See, I won the lottery and I mean I've won a boat load of money so I want to share with my friends here.
