Good last Tuesday morning in July! The humidity is ramping up here and we may have thunderstorms this afternoon, followed by a couple of rainy days. The lawns need it, and we’ve enjoyed many sunny days in July, so I’m not mad about it.

What awaits you on this Tuesday and what will you slay? I *will* finish work on time today and get in a workout right after. I will slay the day by avoiding procrastinating. And I will eat on plan and hydrate sufficiently again today. Gotta get a streak of good days going, after being way off plan at the end of my vacation.
