I apologize but this is going to be a short-ish check-in, yep you read that right, short. I've only done a quick mop yesterday after the pellet installment and today someone is coming to bring a buggy/pram whatever the heck you call it so my house NEEDS to be clean. So can't stick around...sorry..

Okay, workout for today: another beast of a workout with Tasha to conclude week 1 of her Pumped challenge. A combo of strength and power that leaves you in a puddle of sweat, right buddies?
