I struggle to get motivated for cardio workouts. I love to hike, but am in a city, so while I enjoy walking, without hills it's never a great cardio workout. I am not a runner, and my knees tell me I shouldn't try to become a runner. I've considered a weighted vest to bump walking up a notch - anyone try it? Have thoughts?
