Hello, hello, we made it to Friday! Although that doesnât really mean much when Iâm on summer break, and I really try to enjoy every day and not live for the weekends. It would be such a shame to only delight in two days out of every week!

I really, REALLY appreciated not cooking last night! But I donât think I can get away with that again, so weâre having turkey burgers and roasted potatoes. What foods will you savor today?
