I am confused

I would like some unbiased advice. I discovered Fb 12 years ago and have always trained with them since then. Over time, I purchased all their programs and diets, and finally Fitness Blender Plus. My home gym has grown. I have always remained overweight despite my strength and endurance levels having increased. But I continued to train even though every time I had to buy a dress I burst into tears. I also worked with a nutritionist, but I was never able to follow the diet because I study at home and being alone at home 24/7 with the stress of exams is hard. The only time I finally reached a normal weight was when I drastically reduced the weight used during wo and started training for 20 minutes a day with Fb, compared to the 45 minutes of the programs I had always followed. When I tried to progress with the weights again and started following Fb Fit, I gained 10 kilos back. About a year ago, I started suffering from panic attacks that were worse when I did HIIT workouts, so I joined a gym. I started following long recovery rest and increasing weights. My cardio was just long walks. In the first three months, I lost 4 kilos and was happy. I was fine. Then, due to stress, I started eating poorly again and went back to 10 kilos of excess weight. Today, I'm confused. Part of me would like to go back to Fitness Blender because I like it and I don't have the stress of the gym where there are beautiful girls. Another part of me thinks Fitness Blender is fine, but only for 20 minutes and with light weights, like when I lost weight. Another part thinks I'd lose all my muscle gains and therefore I should stick with the gym. I know diet helps, but training has a big impact on my stress levels and therefore on my diet. Regardless, I want to continue buying fb Plus even though I work out at the gym because I love their calendar and adapting their videos. What do you recommend? Thanks for reading
