HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group July 7th

Good Tuesday morning!

So I have been trying to train myself to stay awake past 9pm, so that I don’t wake up at 3am. I did well for 4 days last week, but I barely made it past 8pm the past two nights. The sleep pressure that builds through the day is really hard to fight off. I will try and try again. Is there something that you are currently working on that you haven’t «mastered» yet and is requiring you to persevere and try again?

I’m counting down the days till I start my vacation on Friday. Work is somewhat busy, with really quiet periods. I had a call yesterday with the person who will become the sole manager of our group of District Coordinators. I worked with her perviously and found her to be calm and organized, two qualities that I appreciate. She doesn’t yet know exactly what her job responsibilities will be, as it’s a brand new role, so it was more of a chat than anything.

Will you be working out today? I plan to continue week 1 of the Full Fusion challenge. I found ways to procrastinate yesterday and ran out of time to exercise. Today is a brand new day to set my priorities straight.
