Happy Monday, Blendies! Welcome to the start of another week, and thank you to Lea for keeping us going over the weekend!
Yesterday I waved the white flag of surrender, and had a good crying session over it (turns out when you come off antidepressants/anxiety meds you cry…a LOT!) I mentioned that I’m taking a break from lifting and anything strenuous until I feel like my body can handle it. I’m a little panicked over it because I love how confident lifting makes me feel! And honestly, it’s a blow to the ego. But it’s also a good thing. I need to stop working against my body and work with it instead. My dream booty isn’t going anywhere, and nobody cares about my booty anyway 😆. So on that note, today’s workout is a walk and day 1 of FB Reach.
And how are you nourishing your body? Is it crying out for chicken? Seafood? Brussels sprouts? Tofu? Cookies? Wine? I’m making a giant pancake and bacon for my guys, not sure what I’ll have. Probably smoky lentils cooked in the instant pot and sweet potatoes!
