Happy Sunday Ppals!

Why isn't the picture I took yesterday showing up on my tablet 🤷‍♀️. I'll switch to my phone after I post this so I can add it.

It was still very 🔥 yesterday so my usual 4th of July plans were amended. I still went to the celebration in the town nearby, had coffee and breakfast sitting as in where the picture is. Listened to music, watched all the kids walk by in their 4th of July costumes and heard who won the contests. By that time I was hot so I didn't join the people's parade to town hall. The parade is fun but not when it is so hot.

My picture shows what the seating area looked like when I got there early to get a table in the shade. It got more crowded as the festivities began. Then it emptied out once the parade took off and the area cooled off slightly.

I spent the rest of the day relaxing at home, making progress on my red, white and blue prayer shawl and learning how to use the edging tool on my vacuum cleaner.

It is supposed to cool down the next few days so I hope to get back walking outside and exercising inside.
