Hey there lovely blenderbuddies. A better time to write the ghost checkin… can’t say it was a much better night. But then like a friend of mine said the other day: do you know any woman our age who sleeps through a whole night? Hopefully no typos today. Right, here goes.

Later on we might be going cycling and then snorkelling at one of our favourite beaches. Weather looks promising enough. No FB workout, although I might do a stretch. And you, will you be stretching and/or recovering from travel and celebrations? Or wholeheartedly going at it with a level 5 WO… or anything in between 0 and 5?!?! Listen to your body, hopefully it will tell you what to do. Let us hear all about it.

Food: two friends coming over for board games. Hubs is planning to do a curry. Wine and chocolate definitely part of the evening… do you drink wine or beer or other alcoholic beverages? At any particular time? I only drink at the weekend, and usually only one or two glasses. That’s my limit or I can’t guarantee I’ll be coherent after that 🤔🥴🤭🤣🤣🤣 Let us hear all about your food today: 4th of July leftovers no doubt for some of you…but not for all of us, so what is on your plate today?
