HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group July 4th
Good Saturday morning!
The heatwave has broken here, but it will remain pretty hot and humid. We’ll go grocery shopping early this morning and go for a walk when we get back, to avoid the worst of it.
After taking a rest day yesterday, I will complete day 5 of the Full Fusion challenge. I was hoping for an all UB strength workout, but the second half is cardio. The plan is to exercise before lunch, and then watch the Canada-Morocco game at the World Cup at 1pm.
Supper will be leftovers and we’ll watch The Sheep Detective for movie night. We haven’t watched a movie these past couple of weeks because David or I keep falling asleep early. I have been actively trying to train myself to stay up later this week, to break this pattern. I’ve managed to stay awake until 9pm the past three days and got up around 4:45am this morning. It wasn’t the best night of sleep, but I’ll get there.
