I've had a pretty short night, about 4 hours of sleep which is just about enough for me to function.

Okay, let's talk about something important: the ghosting schedule. July is fully booked but if you want to give it a go in August, just shout out to Coby of myself and we'll flop you on the list.

With that out of the way, let's talk moving bodies, that is in a sportsy way and not to make one disappear! Although with the book I'm reading at the moment I might come up with a way or two. But I'm digressing... Stay on topic Inge!

I did the same Tasha workout Lynne did yesterday and she was right, it was a great one. My arms were pretty noodly afterwards so I added the short version of day 1 of Brian's newest challenge.
