I just took my first ever dose of Creatine Monohydrate powder after having gotten this tip from someone working in the nutrition/supplement industry a while back. I figured that I'll try it a few times a week or so. In my case this is not related to wanting to perform better in workouts or anything like that, but to help with my general energy levels overall (and apparently it can possibly also help with fertility). My background is that I never felt that my energy levels came back to normal after I got sick in 2016. I was dealing mainly with depression and anxiety due to past trauma. I was just wondering if anyone here has tried this or is currently taking it?
