HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group June 28th

Hello FB friends and happy last Sunday in June, which is so surprising!

How are you doing today? I’m sitting out in my garden in the morning coolness, listening to the birds go about their business, which is very soothing. Wish this coolness would stay but it is likely the last for a good stretch, blah.

What have you been up to and what will you get up to today? Found any fabulous new-to-you workouts or completed an old favourite? If so, please share! Or did you take a much-needed break? How are you surviving the season and its weather?

We were supposed to have visitors today but they cancelled so I’ll go to my kooky yoga in the morning and we’ll have a virtual visit with friends this evening. Otherwise, no idea what we’ll get up to though there will be some dilly dallying. I would like to do some sort of workout, but what? Maybe a barre with light weights, I like those a lot. I’m thinking some kind of summer grill with salad for dinner, we’ll see what happens.
