Hi everyone, I posted a similar comment in a P Pals thread earlier but wanted to ask more broadly as well!
To any other Blenders out there who also like to run or swim: I'd love to hear your advice/thoughts/tips on balancing this with the scheduled workouts! I try to not overly swap out or reschedule challenges as planned by the trainers, as I know these are put together carefully to avoid over training and so on, but occasionally it is nice to mix it up a bit 😎
