I just bought myself some heavier new dumbbells as a treat (45lbs max instead of my previous 30lb max) but I'm not sure which moves I'll be able to incorporate them for and which moves for which it'll be a step too far.
I'm curious if anyone has favorite FitnessBlender workouts for trying to lift heavy? I'm thinking of workouts that maybe work well to encourage you to challenge yourself to try lifting heavy and then drop down when you're approaching failure.
