Anybody else working out today? Or resting, stretching, recovering, pickle balling, volunteering, or trying to survive a heat wave?
We’ve had about a week of cooler temps and tons of rain but looks like that is OVER and next week is hot and dry . Temps in the mid to upper 90’sF .(32°C and up )
Also I’m going to an alumni banquet tonight at my High School. I’ve gotten in touch with 7-8 people from my class and nobody’s going . Guess I’ll represent the class if 1980 by myself, like I did last year. I had a really good time so yeah really looking forward to it .

It’s been a LONG time since I’ve done an actual wo, between arm injury, that took almost 2 months to get better, and gk duty, but by golly I’m gonna do one today!!!
