The photo is one of the blue holes or a bottomless lake in Clovis, New Mexico courtesy of my daughter. Admittedly, this isn’t really a lake and it isn’t really bottomless, but you can see the scuba divers training. I edited the other people out of the photo. My husband is telling me it’s 61 feet across and 81 feet deep. What’s important about this hole is that the water is cold at 60° and people jump from the New Mexico 100° into the 60° water. It sounds like torture to me, but my daughter did it. The emoji chain is also to help us all stay cool. 🆒 😎 (we are already that kind of cool.) A wave to Lynna, who is in winter.
I hope to finish Erica’s Pilates challenge tomorrow. Food has been some lovely peaches and apricots. I also saw an Asian chicken and cabbage salad I’ll take to a potluck on Sunday. I’m watching lots of soccer or football for the novelty.
I hope everyone is able to be safe and well. Maybe take electrolytes? Electrolytes continue to be a trend in the US.
