Daily Check-in ANG: Friday, June 26th

Welcome to Friday, and thank you all for your words of encouragement and support regarding my coming off the meds. I may or may not have “ugly cried” for a moment.

So, my workout calendar says to do this lower body routine:

We’ll see what my body says after I’m properly caffeinated. We all know that our bodies will have the final say, no matter what the calendar says! So what does your workout calendar say today?

And what does your menu plan say? Mine says pizza! My youngest son has been away at camp all week and comes home today, so I thought we’d have his favorite food. What will you be having?
