Hey, hey, hey, Blend Friends! How does this Wednesday find you?
It finds me sore and loving it, because I made it to kickboxing last night! It’s such a different training modality; it kicked my butt! Alligator crawls with sliding discs…let’s not tell Tasha about those, just trust me! (Sliding discs under your feet, you’re in a plank position, and you use your upper body to pull yourself across the floor. Then you push yourself backwards. 😱).
So what’s on the workout agenda for today? I’ve got a walk and an active recovery routine with Brian:
And what’s on the menu? It seems lots of us have been into salads lately due to heat! We’re going to have the turkey burgers that I didn’t make earlier this week. They’re easy peasy, and all of us like them!
