Daily Check-In: Sunday, June 21 Ghostess

Good morning ladies!

Slept in this morning (8am!) Hubs got back last night and we decided to sleep until we wake up. To be honest, I woke up at 5, but told myself "no!" you are not getting up. So I'm sitting here with my coffee figuring out how to cram everything into my shorter day!

About the door. I was at a couple of weeks ago and as I walked around the campus I saw this door. I thought it was beautiful so I took a picture.

What is on the schedule for you? Workouts? Rest days? And what about food?

For me it's a total body day on FB Complete and I subbed in this one from Amanda:

I always feel like I got a good workout in a realtively short amount of time when I do it. But it is a busy task day so it may get shoved off until tomorrow.

Food? It's a Sunday so I"ll be grilling for lunch, probably a salad for dinner for me --Sunday supper tends to be a "grab what you like" affair around here.

Now, inspired by my late sleeping (and posting): If you had all the flexibility to go to bed and get up at your preferred times, what would it be?

Me? I'd go to bed around 10 and get up around 6. For me that's late enough to have some lazy time at the end of the day and early enough to feel like I have a full day in front of me.

Now I'm off to shower and church, so I'll see you all in a couple of hours!
